The PC Banking Business program aims to further improve and extend the online platform for corporates.
The Candidate will join the Corporate Banking Engineering team where he will take the role of Customer Experience manager for the PC Banking Business program.
He/she will report directly to the program manager PC Banking Business
Function Description
? Supporting business analysts, making sure a user-centric approach is followed when designing new PC Banking Business functionalities
? Defining customer experience standards specifically tailored to PC Banking Business, in cooperation with our central Customer Experience team.
? Defining and reviewing screen designs and customer journeys together with our business analysts
? Setting up and running usability tests
