Projektbeschreibung

My client are seeking a Customer Experience Consultant. Reporting to the Customer Services Director the post holder will create the future Customer Strategy and take responsibility across multiple customer channels.  The role will be directly responsible for a number of diverse services across the organisation, including the Customer Service Centre, the Registration Service and our Library Arts & Archive service, with a gross budget of circa £17.0 million and circa 1200 employees.

Applicants will require:

- A proven track record in running large and complex customer service functions in a multi-product/service environment
- Extensive previous experience of managing complex multi-channel customer contacts. 
- It is desirable for candidates to be able to demonstrate experience of managing a successful library service or experience in running customer hubs. 
- Strong commercial and financial acumen essential.
