We are currently looking for a Change/Customer Experience Lead for a rolling 6 month contract based in Edinburgh.

The successful applicant will possess the following;
- Background in FINANCIAL SERVICES
- CUSTOMER focused, with strong knowledge of CUSTOMER CHANGE, impacts of change, Customer Journey and Customer Experience.
- CHANGE Management.
- Track record ideally working on ONLINE or DIGITAL Programmes.
- knowledge of or experience working with Marketing or Products teams.
- Strategic and focused on driving business growth.
