Job Purpose
To maintain and improve the customer management framework in the sales order processing (SOP) department of OTC.

S.O.P. is accountable for the following activities:
- Initial customer enquiry about Gas Connection, alteration or disconnection
- Quotation of requested works
- Acceptance of terms and conditions and payment of works quoted
- Planning of accepted work
- Completion of planned work

This role involves delivering structured training programs to other team leaders and staff, analysis of our customer performance including complaints analysis, as well as preparation and implementation of plans to respond to learning from this analysis.

The successful candidate will also provide Real Time support to team leaders and staff in their customer relationships.

Experience Required:
Experience of delivering customer service in a large complex organisation
Extensive experience of successfully leading and motivating process teams

Technical Skills:
- Demonstrate an awareness of the customer needs and respond effectively
- Ability to work with others co-operatively and flexibly to achieve a collective goal
- Demonstrates effective application of polices and procedures
- Able to propose and implement effective measures to achieve best practice
- ERP System experience and effective in Microsoft applications
- Effective in planning and organisation
- Mary Gober accreditation or equivalent highly desirable
