Our client is seeking an experienced Customer Engagement Officer to join their offices in Maidstone assisting with the oversee of our client's sales processes and management of existing and potential clients. As a Customer Engagement Officer your will be required to assist our client with the monitoring and development of new marketing campaigns and the extension of their customer base. Attention to the monitoring of performance against SLA's will also be important as well as dealing with customer feedback enquiries.
Responsibilities.
- Marinating SLA'S - producing monthly reports for management
- Following up sales enquiries and customer queries and recording all details on our client's CRM
- Statistical analysis of customer service feedback
- Sales enquiries response
- Assisting with marketing campaigns and assisting with the production of marketing materials
