CUSTOMER ENGAGEMENT MARKETING MANAGER needed for a CONTRACT opportunity with Yoh's client located in PHILADELPHIA, PA

THE BIG PICTURE- TOP SKILLS YOU SHOULD POSSESS:

- Five to eight (5-8) years experience regarding strategy, content, design, and production of all marketing materials
- Responsible for ensuring accuracy of content before being communicated
- Experience with video production
- Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance
- Regular, consistent and punctual attendance
- Candidate will be an integral part of the Customer Engagement Marketing Team managing integrated content promotions in support of over-arching team goals including driving awareness/usage of the client product as measured by cross platform video views as well as additional metrics.
- Key projects will include promotions in support of additional tentpole content stunts as well as overseeing video production for product and feature tutorials and showcase videos.
- Must have the ability to manage multiple and sometimes competing priorities simultaneously (providing and adhering to production schedules, escalating potential hurdles/delays, and making recommendations for improvement).

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

- Campaign Development- Meet with content leads to understand upcoming priorities, sales, stunts, etc
- Identify and recommend areas for opportunity to market.
- Develop, keep current and implement messaging guidelines for these areas.
- Work closely and traffic between internal and external resources to develop and traffic creative in support of campaigns.
- Manage feedback and approvals from multiple stakeholders including legal, brand, product team, etc.
- Manage execution of all tactics.
- Cross Platform Marketing Content Development- Create and curate product content to showcase what our products do, customer benefits, etc.
- Support the production of product showcase videos and tutorials.
- Develop creative briefs.
- Coordinate approvals and consolidate feedback from multiple, cross-departmental stakeholders. Deliver assets for video production.
- Manage production schedules to ensure on time delivery.
- Industry Trends- Stay current on the latest cable industry trends as well as marketing best practices.
- Make recommendations for improvements.
