Customer Due Diligence Consultant

A large global bank is seeking to enhance their AML, KYC, CDD, and EDD Programs and Procedures in order to revamp the organisation's Group Risk and Compliance function. The suitable candidate will be a proven Risk and Financial Crime professional that will join the internal Compliance team that develops and maintains the highest and most effective Financial Crime standards that align with US, UK, and EU regulatory requirements. The right candidate must ensure the global deployment of newly created AML/FCC policies and processes in a Matrix managed environment.

Key Experience:

Minimum 5 years of a combination of consulting and experience within FCC/AML/CDD.
o Preferably at least 2 years risk consultancy experience (Big 4 or similar a plus).
Experience with developing, maintaining, and deploying new created AML/KYC/CDD procedures and policies.
Experience with design, development and implementation of operating models.
Project management experience.
AML certification a plus.

Key Skills:

Strong Strategy and Planning skills
Excellent stakeholder management skills.
Experience with working on a large scale client onbodarding.
Comprehensive understanding of Risk Functions.
