Customer Development Manager/Customer Communications Manager

Project People are currently recruiting on behalf of a leading consumer brand company in Maidenhead town centre for a Customer Development Manager. This is an urgent requirement and we require someone on a contract basis until the end of the year (initially).

As Customer Development Manager you will primarily be responsible for leading and influencing the strategic direction for customers and creating meaningful communication strategies. Making use of data analytics and customer insights (from customer research), you will ensure consistency of messages to achieve business objectives.

As part of your role you will need to manage the campaign planning and delivery team, liaise with any external agencies (to ensure delivery of message) and also manage a team of 3 (conducting 1-2-1s etc).

Skills we are looking for:
- Proven ability to plan, develop and execute customer communication strategy
- Experience of managing a large customer base
- Outstanding interpersonal skills
- Confident presentation skills
- Ability to judge effectiveness of campaigns and translate analytics
- Experience of managing and developing a team
