Customer Delivery/Order Fulfillment Proposition Manager/Strategy Consultant - home delivery, Metapack, E-commerce

A 6 month contract for a Proposition Manager to join a leading retailer in London. You will be responsible for delivering projects to ensure a seamless delivery service for retail customers.

You will be a Proposition Manager or Consultant who is used to working in the home delivery space - from when an order is placed online through to delivery - and you will be responsible for developing the customer delivery proposition.

You'll have strong experience within the retail and online environment. You will be responsible for investigating possible options, making recommendations and then implementing the best option, using the best route to make things happen.

You will also need to have strong experience in some of the following:

customer delivery, home delivery, online shopping, E-commerce, order fulfilment, order management, click & collect, track & trace, carrier management, 3PL, pick & pack, Metapack, distribution and warehouse,

This is a project delivery role so you need to be experienced at managing multiple projects, some already near completion and some yet to be initiated, as well as successfully landing projects.
