Customer Contract Manager

We are looking for Customer Contract Manager.
ROLE DETAILS ARE AS FOLLOWS:
PROACTIVE IDENTIFICATION AND RESOLUTION OF CUSTOMER\'S ISSUES:
- Oversees cases and escalate if needed for issue resolution
- Addresses contract entitlement issues
- Addresses contract problems for service delivery issues by researching and fixing contract problems.
- Provides a single source of customer information with regard to service levels and contracts
- Insures entitlement validation
- Communicates status and updates to designated deal Stakeholders, Service Sales, Product Sales, and Customers/Partners as required.
REQUIRED COMPETENCIES:
TECHNICAL SKILLS:
- Strong analytical skills
- Advanced Excel capabilities
- Aptitude in systems and reporting for analysis
- Strong interest in acquiring client specific tool and process knowledge
BUSINESS ACUMEN:
- Project Management skills - PMP certification is a plus
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to leverage business knowledge and data analyses to deliver recommendations on alternative options for action
- Ability to lead and manage multiple projects requiring collaboration among cross functional resources often across wide geographic area
- Ability to anticipate, prioritize, and delegate work activities and leverage indirect resources to meet objectives
- Ability to set account-specific operational goals, influence the customer and account team priorities around Install Base quality and drive to results
- Ability to represent Client to the Account, build rapport and serve as their Client expert to partner with them on their Install Base tracking and management activities
- Strong ability to collaborate and bridge various support groups to ensure all tasks are completed
- Strong organizational skills
- Excellent leadership, collaboration and communication skills
- Swedish language skills required
