RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
- Review of incoming customer content and score against content guidelines
- Providing feedback to help augment and refine community content guidelines
- Collaboration with product team on improvements to the moderation tools and workflow
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
- Ability to perform complex tasks at high volume, while maintaining a high level of focus and meticulous attention to detail
- Strong critical thinking skills, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in spite of vague requirements and direction
- Desire and ability to work in a cooperative team environment, and an eagerness to provide input and feedback to improve the customer experience, product, and moderation process
- Must be flexible to work off-hours based on business need
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- College degree
- Experience in a customer service environment
