Community team for a hugely popular online retailer is hiring an Associate to moderate incoming customer content. You will play a pivotal role in helping to shape an exciting new program. In addition to scoring customer content against our content guidelines, you will work closely with the product team to refine those guidelines and the moderation process.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

- Review of incoming customer content and score against content guidelines
- Providing feedback to help augment and refine community content guidelines
- Collaboration with product team on improvements to the moderation tools and workflow

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

- Ability to perform complex tasks at high volume, while maintaining a high level of focus and meticulous attention to detail
- Strong critical thinking skills, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in spite of vague requirements and direction
- Desire and ability to work in a cooperative team environment, and an eagerness to provide input and feedback to improve the customer experience, product, and moderation process
- Must be flexible to work off-hours based on business need

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

- College degree
- Experience in a customer service environment
