OUR CLIENT, A LARGE BANKING ORGANISATION IS LOOKING FOR AN EXPERIENCED COMMUNICATIONS PROFESSIONAL WITH EXPERIENCE IN CUSTOMER CONTACT CAMPAIGNS AND INTERNAL COMMUNICATIONS TO JOIN A LARGE REDRESSING PROJECT IN LONDON.

RESPONSIBILITIES

- Continued Development and Delivery of the Customer Contact Strategy
- Delivery of Internal Communications Strategy
- Programme Management of the Customer Contact Strategy Workstream
- Ongoing monitoring and support of the bespoke and adhoc treatment strategies 

SKILLS REQUIRED

- Customer Focus or experience working on customer focused communications projects desirable
- Experience working on a redressing project desirable
- Internal/external communications
- Project Management (Plan, Cost, RAIDs)
- Stakeholder Management 
- Understanding of Commercial Business
