CUSTOMER COMMUNICATIONS EXECUTIVE - MARKETING CAMPAIGN EXECUTIVE - FINANCIAL SERVICES - INSURANCE - HAMPSHIRE:

A large multi-national Financial Services Organisation are looking for a Customer Communication Executive/Communications Consultant to join their expanding Customer Strategy & Experience team for an initial 12 month contract. The ideal candidate will have a background in Marketing within the Insurance industry or Asset Management and will have extensive 360' marketing campaign experience. However candidates with Communications experience within Financial Services more broadly are encouraged to apply. Being a large and complex organisation you will likely have exposure to multiple projects throughout this role, working with various business units and financial products throughout the full project life cycle, touching on both online and traditional marketing techniques.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Working with the Customer Strategy & Experience team in developing the appropriate customer acquisition and development activities across the customer life cycle.
2. Marketing Campaign Execution - ensuring the delivery of relevant and effective marketing activities in support of the agreed channel marketing plans 
a. Help develop appropriate media strategies and plans to support new business acquisition, x-selling and up-selling - ensuring effective use of all marketing media to meet income objectives and RoI 
b. Ensure customer driven targeting is utilised to maximise relevance 
c. Ensure the appropriate communication of the customer propositions 
d. Ensure the integrity of the brand is protected, enhanced and maintained in all communications activity 
e. Analyse and evaluate performance of marketing campaigns and activity - making recommendations for future activity
3. Support the development of the overall communications strategy - internal/external/PR and Public Affairs (working with UKGI Corporate Affairs)
4. Support the Brand Strategy - defining requirements, meeting Brand Performance Metrics in channels 5. To ensure compliance with the relevant governance frameworks - to meet Group, legislative and regulatory requirements - ie FSA
6. Role model the behaviours and agreed working practices within the Marketing communities.
