SALARY £18,000-£24,000 DEPENDING ON EXPERIENCE

An excellent opportunity has arisen for 2 x Customer Communications Co-ordinators to join our Marketing Team based in Edinburgh on initial 6 month Fixed Term Contracts

The Customer Communications Co-ordinators will be supporting a team of 4 Consultants in the delivery of bespoke auto enrolment member communications for new and existing customers.

Key Responsibilities:

- Working with the existing team of Communications Consultants to produce effective, bespoke communication material using a variety of media for our group pension clients.
- Co-branding and tailoring content of communication material.
- Proofreading drafts of new communications created by the Communications Consultants to ensure the highest standards of quality are achieved within agreed timescales
- Tracking changes and compliance of material through bespoke web-based site.
- Working with internal specialists including Sales Consultants, Customer Service Consultants and Implementation Managers
- Working with external suppliers such as printers, typesetters and other partners where required.
- Regularly reviewing and refreshing communications to ensure they remain compliant and as effective as possible.
- Carry out reprints for communications when additional copies are requested.
- Manage team mailbox and action queries.

Required knowledge, skills and experience:

- Relevant degree (Marketing, Legal, English, etc.) or equivalent and/or relevant experience within similar communications focused role.
- Good copywriting skills.
- IT. literate.
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to proofread to a high standard.
- A highly organised, motivated individual.
- Effective organisational skills.
