Customer Care Team Leader/Customer Service Experience/Service Centre

PTS' Client is looking for an experienced Customer Care Team Leader with expertise in a Service Centre or Customer Service environment. The ability to professionally lead and manage a team of 15-20 service centre analysts to provide a consistently high quality of service which exceeds customer expectations.

Role Requirements

- Excellent managerial skills that cover areas such as: Training, Risk Awareness, Continuous  Service Improvement, Business Continuity and Customer escalations
- Required capabilities to co-ordinate the effective and efficient use of resources to ensure all KPI targets are met and exceeded
- The successful candidate will have the ability to interpret and analyse management information in order to achieve required outcomes
- An understanding of Group Technical product, hardware and software and root cause problem solving
- Support and delegate tasks for the service manager
- You will be required to be confident and outspoken with the ability to build rapport internally or externally as required
- Relevant marketable management qualifications is beneficial and technical qualifications such as ITIL would be preferred

The hiring manager is looking for the ideal candidate to be strong minded, resilient, and possess very good managerial skills. The successful candidate will be able to support the service manager. The ability to develop and support initiatives to improve teamwork and staff satisfaction is vital as this will help create a working environment which supports high performance.
