Customer Care Specialist Job

CUSTOMER SERVICE SPECIALIST needed for a LONG TERM CONTRACT opportunity with Yoh's client located in Wilmington, DE.

THE BIG PICTURE - TOP SKILLS YOU SHOULD POSSESS:

- Proficient in use of Microsoft Excel/PowerPoint/Word.
- Must possess excellent organizational skills to provide accurate follow-up, understand inventory management, ability to understand and promote the strategic business direction to their assigned customers.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

- Ability to identify areas for improvement, implement change, multi-task. Excellent telephone and interpersonal skills to communicate with other CSRs, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Product Management, Salesthe Domestic or Export CSR must demonstrate proficiency and is the point person for anything order related.

WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING TO THE TABLE:

- At Least two (2) plus years in a high level Customer Care Department.
- Must possess excellent organizational skills to provide accurate follow-up, understand inventory management, ability to understand and promote the strategic business direction to their assigned customers.
- Possess strong computer skills, flexibility, works well independently as well as a strong team player, quick learner.

BONUS POINTS! OTHERWISE KNOWN AS PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

- Prefers a working knowledge of SAP-R3 but will consider other business experience at comparable companies.
- SharePoint experience is highly preferred but not required.
