Customer Care Program Mgr

Will be responsible for the creation and execution of the process to launch new products on our mobile device business, including scope, requirements, timing and resources. The NPI program Manager will be involved in new product launches across many of our models, which target a variety of different consumers and markets.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

End-to-end ownership of the process to launch new products on our mobile devices.
Develop and manage against key milestones and report to senior leadership on progress.
Prioritize product introductions based on ramping calendars and product availability across networks.
Create and maintain production schedules for content development and image creation.
Partner with Market and Engineering teams on developing new product requirements and driving the process.
Maintain an updated product information database for the Customer Service team that includes data presented on the websites as well as other technical specifications.
Develop an effective QA process that identifies, troubleshoots and resolves any product set-up issues.

SKILLS:

SPECIFIC KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS:
Candidate must have, 4-10 years of Supply chain experience, preferably in consumer electronics or related fields.
Bachelor's degree with strong academic performance - Bachelors Supply Chain or related.
Proven ability to manage, recruit, and motivate a strong team.
Ability and willingness to travel (domestic).
Technical knowledge of cell phone products and reverse logistics process.
Experience driving multiple new product introductions.
Must have Customer Service contact experience and cell phone product experience
