Customer Care Coordinator, 4 months contract, Barcelona, Spain. Customer Care Coordinator required to assist Customer Care team with administrative, project planning and customer support for leading Mobile Telecoms Event.
Successful candidate will have:
* Experience in exhibitions/events management is essential
* Excellent customer service skills, preferably gained in a telecoms or high tech service industry
* Excellent attention to detail
* Good working knowledge of Word, Excel, PowerPoint
* Proven ability to effectively organise, prioritise and accomplish multiple tasks and solve problems quickly and accurately whilst working under pressure
* Client facing, personable, professional in written, verbal and face to face communication
* Excellent command of English both written and verbal (fluent business English level)
* Experience of working across different cultures and time zones
* Person needs to be a 'go-getter', as well as strong consultative, collaborator, and communication skills to be able to work across departments (marketing, PR, customer care, sales, C-Level, finance, HR etc.) without fear or hesitation to obtain answers for the customer;
* Other European language preferred but not compulsory, eg Spanish, but others also very helpful.
Responsibilities will include:
* Provide Exhibitor first class customer service;
* Manage Customer Care telephone line, inboxes, filter and process actions and responses;
* Manage communication schedule and send communications on behalf of our suppliers and customer care (e-shots) to exhibitors;
* Schedule reminders and chase clients for outstanding information ie, compulsory forms, catalogue entries and logos etc;
* Contribute to the production of a monthly newsletter, which provide the exhibitors with all essential information about the event and deadlines;
* Ensure that weekly operational database and exhibitor manual cross checks are done to ensure accuracy across both databases;
* Onsite support if required (in line with project and onsite team support requirements);
