Customer Care Coordinator/Customer Service Planner

Customer Service Coordinator/Customer Service planner/Field Service Engineer planner required for a world leading healthcare company based out of Cambridge for a 6/15 month initial contract. As Planner/Scheduler in you will be responsible for ordering equipment maintained and secure that all planned maintenance are completed within defined period. You will be working closely with the clients customers.

Key responsibilities/essential functions include but not limited to:

* Interface with all service providers to develop and maintain service schedule, determine call priority based on customer needs and available resources.

* Order and track inventory

* Respond to calls from instrument users

* Ensure data verification and documentation completeness.

* Secure that agreed SOP are followed

* Find alternative solutions to unique situations.

* Planning of scheduled events with interaction with the instrument owner

* Issue work order

* Prepare instrument out of service, work permit etc. for PM if needed

* Closing work order and filing of documentation

* Planning of unscheduled events

* Keep CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) system up to date as defined at any time

* Secure the correctness of invoices against contracts and work orders

* Roles included Planner/Scheduler and Call Center

* Secure that the company can fulfil contractual obligations against the customer

Skills and competencies required

* Strong time management and organizational skills.

* At least 3/5 years of prior experience in customer service.

* Strong communication and IT skills

* Good attention to detail and customer facing skills

Desirable skills and competencies

* Prior field sales or field service experience

* Proven ability to influence and drive change through exceptional written and verbal communication skills

* Direct customer relationship experience

* Proven ability to effectively communicate across a distributed workforce

* Experience within a facilties environment/parts ordering/scheduling repairs
