A world leading solutions provider is currently seeking a number of customer care Co-ordinator to join their established Healthcare division.
Working in an exciting and fast pace environment, you will be required to liaise with clients in the co-ordination of service engineers. You will also be responsible for processing the procurement and delivery of specific machinery parts to client sites.
You will be required to have prior experience of scheduling and call handling. Additionally you will have excellent administration, organisation and IT skills.
Due to client needs, excellent communication skills are paramount and you must be familiar with SAP and Sabel software products.
