Skills Expectations:
ALL candidates need to pass a call center audio assessment PRIOR to being submitted in Fieldglass.
MUST pass with a 80% or above under 20 minutes. This is a 27question assessment to ensure these candidates have good listening skills and can navigate through systems quickly. Do NOT submit any candidates that do not make 80% or higher on this test. Test scores can be submitted as an attachment in FG.
