Customer Care Analyst

Customer Care Analyst required to join our Global Client on a 6 months initial contract. The Customer Care Analyst will be required to have experience with Customer Reception, including morning setup, greeting of customers, catering, facility preparation and other logistical details as assigned.

The customer Care Analyst will be required to be a Customer Champion.

Key duties/responsibilities:
* Customer Reception, including morning setup, greeting of customers, catering, facility preparation and other logistical details as assigned
* Identifying appropriate presenters and executives for individual meetings
* Gathering feedback via the NPS survey from the customer/prospect, account team and presenters.

Qualifications:
* Customer Champion
* Excellent time management and organizational skills
* Excellent communication and listening skills
* Comfortable with senior level executives
* 2-3 year's experience in sales and/or marketing
* Good with PowerPoint
