Our client, a Global technology company is seeking a Customer Care Analyst to be based in Bracknell on an initial 6 Month contract.
Key duties/responsibilities:
*Customer Reception, including morning setup, greeting of customers, catering, facility preparation and other logistical details as assigned.
*Identifying appropriate presenters and executives for individual meetings.
*Gathering feedback via the NPS survey from the customer/prospect, account team and presenters.
*Familiarity of IT equipment onsite, and initiate and escalate as required for support.
*Become familiar and master SFDC for intake and CBC metrics
Qualifications:
*Customer Champion
*Excellent time management and organizational skills
*Excellent communication and listening skills
*Comfortable with senior level executives
*2-3 years' experience in sales and/or marketing
*Good with PowerPoint
