Customer and Supplier Advisor - Pharmaceuticals

Duties
Investigating and reporting of customer complaints
Investigation of supplier quality incidents
Technical document updates
Working with cross-functional teams ie internal manufacturing, logistics and technical colleagues, as well as suppliers and customers.

Essential:
Competent with the analysis of data and working knowledge of Windows based computer software (word and excel). Full training will be provided on the specific systems
Good problem solving and communication skills with a high competency of written and spoken English in a professional setting.

Desirable:
Educated to degree level in a science degree although this is not essential
At least six months experience within the Pharmaceutical industry with a good knowledge of GMP.
Experience of complaints or quality investigation against SOP's although full training will be provided.
