Role: Customer Advisor

Location: Birmingham

Hours: 25 hours per week - Mon, Wed-Fri - 12pm-5pm, Sat - 11am-4pm (no break)

Flexibility: Part-Time, Job Share, Shift Work

Salary: starting from £14600.00 per annum(pro rata) plus excellent benefits

What you'll give our customers as a Barclays Customer Advisor

You'll be responsible for offering a professional, consistent and outstanding level of customer service, building trust by engaging our customers in conversation and actively listening to anticipate and meet their needs. That means building a strong understanding of our products, services and processes. If you've got the ability to take on a wide range of responsibilities to ensure that everything runs smoothly for our customers, this role is for you.
