Role: Customer Advisor

Salary: £18,530.00 per annum (pro rata) plus excellent benefits

Flexibility:Flexi-Time, Job Share (applications will be considered)

Working pattern: Mon-Fri 9.30am-5pm or 9:00am-4.30pm and can work some Saturdays

As a Barclays Customer Advisor, you'll play an exciting role in putting our customers first. What you'll give our customers as a Customer Advisor

You'll be responsible for offering a consistent and outstanding level of customer service, building trust by engaging our customers and actively anticipating and meeting their needs. This means listening carefully, so you can do the right thing by confidently managing complex and emotive customer issues.

 

As well as building a strong understanding of our products, services and processes, you'll be creating memorable moments for our customers by ensuring they make informed decisions and achieve their ambitions. As a Customer Advisor, you'll also be using your specialist knowledge to coach and mentor the team, while managing the banking hall and taking escalations from less experienced colleagues.

 

If you have the ability to take on a wide range of responsibilities to ensure that everything runs smoothly for our customers, this role is for you.
