Customer Advisor - Complaints Working pattern: Monday - Friday 8am - 9pm. Saturday and Sunday 9am - 6pm and bank holidays. Hours to be decided by business and advised 4 weeks in advance. 35 hour week spread over 5 days Ensure our customers experience is right first timeAs a Customer Advisor (Complaints) with Barclays, youll be empowered to make the final decision on complaints by delivering the right solutions for our customers. As well as being a catalyst for change, by supporting root-cause analysis and ensuring we get things right first time, youll be creating an exceptional customer experience, investigating and resolving queries in a multi- channel, hi-tech environment.
