For our banking client in Neuchâtel, we are looking for a

Customer Advisor - with growth possibility to Branch Leader

Start date: ASAP

Initial contract: 3 months + permanent hiring possible afterwards

Location: Biel/Bienne/Neuchâtel

Job description:

- Telephone duties and reception of customers
- Receipt and procession of credit applications according to defined guidelines
- Sale of financing solutions during a meeting with customer
- Follow-up of pending customers by telephone and mail
- Preparation of financing applications and transmission to the payments department
- Outbound activity with existing client portfolios
- Position based in Bienne
- A real opportunity to be hired fixed after 3-6 months

The client is looking for their next branch leader!

Required profile:

- A minimum of 5 years' experience in the banking or commercial sector
- Experience in Management of a small team is a plus
- A particular flair for sales and good client contact
- Ability to work independently and willing to learn about processes and products
- Ideally having practical experience in client follow-up
- Good spoken and written language skills in German and French
