Job description:

Telephone duties and reception of customers

Receipt and procession of credit applications according to defined guidelines

Sale of financing solutions during a meeting with customer

Follow-up of pending customers by telephone and mail

Preparation of financing applications and transmission to the payments department

Outbound activity monitoring of existing client portfolios

Team:

The Fribourg branch consists of a team of 3 employees

The business deals with processing requests for consumer loans

The branch is conveniently located in the center of Fribourg

The office is open from 9.00 to 12.30 and from 13.30 to 18.00

Required profile:

Apprenticeship or 2years' experience in the banking or commercial sector

A particular flair for sales and good client contact

Ability to work independently and willing to learn about processes and products

Ideally having practical experience in client follow-up

Excellent spoken and written language skills in French, a knowledge of other languages especially German or Portuguese would be an asset Michael Bailey International is acting as an Employment Business in relation to this vacancy.
