A fantastic opportunity has become available for an ICT Customer Relations Officer to undertake account management duties in the ICT Service Delivery business line for this reputable organisation. To be successful in this role, you will be a highly customer focused individual, with proven successes in relationship management.

YOUR BACKGROUND:

- Sound skills in executive communication and relationship development, issue resolution and negotiation
- Proven fact-based presentations and communications and influencing skills
- The ability to present complex analysis in a clear manner
- Excellent knowledge of ITIL v3 and/or understanding of Service Delivery Management, Service Level Agreements, Business Relationship Management and similar frameworks
- Capacity to present solutions as required
