CTM Business Analyst Zürich

For our banking client in Zurich we are currently looking for a CTM Business Analyst

START: ASAP
DURATION: 6-9 months
LOCATION: Zürich

The Technical IT Business Analyst will work closely with business stakeholders responsible for Information Security, as well as various partners within the IT organization. He/she must demonstrate a problem-solving attitude and be able to drive change, propose robust solutions and communicate them to all interested parties verbally and in writing.

IT Security knowledge is crucial - preferably Cyber Thread Management expertise

Candidate profile:

-10+ years of experience as a BA - 4-8 years security background mandatory
-strong business analysis skills in documentation of business, functional and non-functional requirements
-Banking/financial industry expertise
-global environment experience
-English fluent, German is a plus

Key Responsibilities:

-Gathering requirements from and negotiating them with business stakeholders
-Establishing adequate Requirement work products while taking in account quality, effort and timeline
-Complete, consistent and reconciled Requirement work products
-Effort estimation regarding Requirement work products
-Detect the dependencies which are impacting the project
-Finding solutions to business problems as part of the overall strategic roadmap
-Evaluating existing processes and optimizing them in terms of efficiency and risk mitigation
-Contribute information to IT Project Manager regarding risks and issues
-Ensure that Requirements are understood by all members of the project team
-Work closely together with Engineers and Technical Architects to develop feasible and economical solutions
-Define Requirements acceptance criteria in a form that enables the testing organization to develop test assets
