CSS Processor

SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITY AREAS:

- Administers the receiving, storing, selecting, packing, assembly, and auditing function of the Inventory Management department.
- Processes orders/requests for materials. Locates stock and delivers requested items to authorized departments.
- Reviews incoming order forms for proper coding, quantities requested, and authorized approvals.
- Verifies inventory levels by checking shelves and notifying supervisors with replacement needs. Performs physical inventories.
- Receives and puts away incoming materials. May route incoming items to departments, storerooms, or other locations.
- Prepares skid/boxes for shipment according to basic packaging/shipping requirements.
- Operates material handling equipment (Order picker, reach truck, etc.) and piece count scales.

WORK CONDITIONS:

- Role may require standing for a significant portion of the work day.
- In some areas, there is a need to lift materials up to 75 lbs.
- Flexible work hours and occasional overtime may be required to provide coverage across shifts and meet deadlines.
- Frequent computer use at a Workstation for extended periods of time may be required.
