CSOC Analyst

CSOC ANALYST - CUSTOMER SIDE OF CHANGE - BANKING - LONDON

A leading retail bank urgently requires an experienced CSOC Analyst to join them on a large digital business transformation programme. Candidates must have relevant experience gained with the last 12 months to ensure experience is in line with the latest advances in technology within the digital space.

ROLE REQUIREMENTS

- Proven experience developing customer propositions
- Past experience in a CSOC project or programme
- Ability to identify any impacts to the experience of the customer
- Proficient in creating treatment plans and develop solutions
- Experienced working in roadmap environments
- Work from a Treating Customers Fairly perspective (TCF), ensuring compliance
- Excellent stakeholder management experience
- Strong communication skills

Duration: 6 MONTHS
