CSIM LAB AND AUTOMATION ENGINEER - URGENT REQUIREMENT! - AMSTERDAM - CONTRACT ROLE

Locations = Amsterdam

Duration of Contract = 6 - 12 months (Strong view to roll)

Start date = ASAP

Interview Process = 2 stage process. 1st being a telephone interview and the 2nd being F2F

On a high level the key elements of the role are:

Location Amsterdam, English mandatory

There are two main responsibilities in the role:

a) Amsterdam CSIM lab automation and infrastructure management systems

Introduce inventory management system and manage lab inventory

Introduce and maintain booking/reservation system for lab equipment

Introduce and maintain utilization monitoring system for lab equipment

Introduce and maintain power optimization system based on booking and utilization

Investigate opportunities for automation and efficiency increase in lab operation

Administer CSIM server infrastructure (HW and SW), server backups

Maintain lab infrastructure resilience (e. g. redundancy, configuration backups, disaster recovery, etc.)

b) Onsite Engineer for Amsterdam CSIM lab facility

On site contact for other departments reg. local CSIM topics, e. g. Facilities, POC, JTAC Lab, Warehouse, etc.

Maintain test equipment in CSIM lab, e. g. HW or cabling changes, support troubleshooting activities

Local support for account teams when they need HW or cabling changes in their lab setup, support troubleshooting

If applicable support CSIM testing projects run in Westford, typically remotely

Manage CSIM storage and consumables, track inventory and raise orders if required
