I am URGENTLY seeking a CSE (Customer Support Engineer) for an exciting new long term contract position in Krakow, Poland. You will need to have experience working in a fast paced and High impact environment and have excellent customer facing skills.
The ideal candidate is a creative problem solver, comfortable with challenging the status quo and rapidly responding to escalated issues. With a seasoned mix of broad networking knowledge and specific area expertise, as well as excellent Customer Relationship Management (CRM) skills, well positioned to become a trusted advisor capable of building solid, long-term relationships with customers.
Typically requires BS, CS, or University degree equivalent plus 6-8 years experience in network engineering or telecommunications support environment. Advanced degree strongly preferred.Expert level knowledge in Routing and Switching MPLS VPN technologies and knowledge in areas of: IP internetworking, LAN Switching, ATM Voice technologies, IP Telephony, CDN, Optical, Wireless, IPCC. IP Routing protocols (IGRP, OSPF, EIGRP, BGP).-
Expert level internetworking troubleshooting in a large-scale network environment.Undertake support as designated Advanced Services engineer for large-scale networks. Must possess strong technical account management skills. Minimum 1 year of experience in Advanced Services or high-level support.-Large-scale network design skills. Active participant in virtual technology teams within Advanced Services.In-depth knowledge of network management, network availability capacity planning.
