HELPDESK SUPPORT REPRESENTATIVE needed for a PART TIME CONTRACT opportunity with Yoh's client located in Las Vegas, NV.

What You'll Be Doing:
- Takes incoming calls from external customers regarding technical issues.
- Must ask probing questions to determine the root cause of the issue and locate and follow approved troubleshooting procedures to resolve the problem.
- Required to record calls in the HDFS (Helpdesk Field Service) system for tracking and monitoring of case status and resolution.
- Handling first level support contacts from external customers and apply understanding and knowledge of supported systems/products and services to assist customers on technical matters.
- Understand technical problems which requires the Technician to communicate resolution to software/hardware errors and malfunctions
- Follow troubleshooting guidelines and procedures to resolve or escalate issues
- Provide feedback on procedures
- Probe, isolate, and troubleshoot supported applications problems
- Responsible for meeting established individual and team performance targets including service level, resolutions, productivity and quality standards
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, services, and resource materials to provide adequate support and accurate information to customers
- Adhere to established attendance and punctuality guidelines

What You Need to Bring to the Table:
- Requirements include High School Diploma or GED
- Strong computer skills, Good typing skills, Excellent customer service skills, Good written and oral communication skills, Good computer skills (Windows, Microsoft Outlook).
- Individuals must be able to multi-task in a fast paced, high pressure environment with customers of varying degrees of technical knowledge.
- Individuals will have common solutions available for the most technical problems encountered.
- Individual is required to identify and define problems, collect data establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
- Candidate must be able to understand, and interpret technical concepts and apply logic and deductive reasoning.
- This is a seven day operation and the position requires the individual to be flexible to do shift work, weekends and holidays.
- Test scores are required - need to see a Windows Navigation test scoring 80% or Higher and also a typing test with at least 30 WPM.
