CS Core Planning Engineer - Switzerland

On behalf of our client, a prestigious international Telecommunications company, Manning Global Group is currently looking for a CORE CS CORE PLANNING ENGINEER to work on a contract basis in Zurich, Switzerland. Fluent English and work eligibility in Switzerland is required for application.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Engineering of 2G and 3G Circuit and packet switch core network platforms
- Define and implement CS core domains from strategic aspect, including mobile voice and data IP backbones
- Technical project management
- Deployment and integration of new network elements
- Traffic monitoring and traffic engineering in area of mobile core networks
- Develop network strategy of CS domains based on standards, market trends and internal requirements
- Cooperate with different technical projects

QUALIFICATIONS:

- Engineer with technical degree with good economic awareness
- Full experience on telecommunication field, circuit switch core networks. Good knowledge on Telecommunication and IP network/network elements.
- Experience in Mobile network, preferably on HUAWEI HLR, HUAWEI MSS, HUAWEI MGW, NSN HLR, NSN MSS, NSN MGW
- Good communicator in English
- Willing to work hard and under time pressure
