CS Core Optimization/Audit Consultant

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Optimization, auditing and planning of core network entities based on the commercial forecast and vendor solutions
- Analysis of daily statistical reports and recommending actions to keep the network running, as a part of System Capacity Planning tasks
- Sound knowledge of network topology, network traffic handling capabilities limits and traffic characteristics
- Performance based upon control plane and user plane analysis and optimization of system performance
- Coordinate with Commercial Division on analysing requirements for current and new services based on subscriber forecast
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders for resolution of day to day optimization related issues
- Responsible for report development and large scale data analysis, data tool handling and new tool development.

REQUIREMENTS:

- Having more than 6 years of experiences in operating Huawei's HLR, Ericsson's STP, Ericsson's MSS and Huawei's MSS
- Having experiences in more than 2 countries in auditing, optimizing or planning Core network for at least 2 operators
- Bachelor Degree or equivalent in one of following sectors: mobile communications, telecommunications, Wireline or radio technologies
- Short Course Training certificates from vendors for operating Vendor's core systems:
- Ericsson's MSS
- Huawei's MSS
- Ericsson's STP (or Tekelec, Huawei, ZTE, NSN, Alcatel)
- Huawei's HLR (or Ericsson, ZTE, NSN, Alcatel)
