CS Core Care Engineer

Our client, a major telecommunications company, is seeking CS Core Care Engineers to join their operation in Dublin.
Responsibilities:
- Act as dedicated expert for advanced care consultancy and support for both customer account teams and for the customers.
- Provide technical leadership to large and/or complex e2e projects or troubleshooting cases
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting/fault localisation within several competence areas and multi vendor interface
- Lead and provide consultancy during complex care activities such as SW change planning, Expert Support Services, SW upgrades, technical audits and SWAP or Migrations
- Implement parametering in system level, understands KPI and is capable to improve the performance of the system or e2e solutions
- Project management duties (eg planning of a subproject, technical manager substitute, managing subcontractors)
- Network expansion activities up to multi-interface level
- Overall responsibility for test planning: understanding of local requirements (eg network structure, functionalities, parameters etc.) to create valid and reliable test plans
Experience:
- CS Core Network Planning
- Production of CS Core detailed designs
- Design and Databuild for CS Core for roaming scenarios
- Rel 4 IP CS COre Site Connectivity design and databuild for Nokia DX MSS, IPA MGW, ATCA MSS and ATCA MGW
- Service Mapping and call flows
- CS Core detailed design for:
- Services and Routing
- IuCSoIP and AoIP for MSS and MGW
- MSS Pooling and Iu Multipoint
- MVNO Integration
- TDM and SIP-I IP interconnects
