Crystal Reports Developer

Yoh has a contract opportunity for a CRYSTAL REPORTS DEVELOPER to join a fast growing financial client where the position can be based in San Diego, CA.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Perform data analysis and dig deep into the details of the business to understand customer needs.
- Gather and assess business requirements.
- Translate requirements into a solution using Crystal Reports, Microsoft Access, Excel and/or SharePoint.
- Document requirements and specs.
- Engage users in testing to ensure high quality results.
- Troubleshoot issues for existing Reports to recommend improvements.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
- Must have Intermediate/Advanced Crystal Reports experience.
- Hands-on experience with Crystal Reports 2008.
- Experience with SQL, and demonstrate ability to use joins and connect multiple tables.
- Experience with Sub Reports, passing variables to sub reports.
- Advanced Formatting Techniques - Suppression formulas, Conditional formatting, sorting and grouping.
- Must have experience with Access:

* Table, Query and Form Design, VBA, User friendly designs.
* Track record of using MS Access effectively to solve problems.
- Strong grasp of relational database theory.
- Working knowledge of SharePoint from a user perspective.
