INTRODUCTION
The sector Industrial Engineering aims to increase product robustness in by providing strong support in projects for new product introduction, being responsible for the technical management of suppliers, and by managing industrial competencies and structural issue resolution. Within IE the department Cross-Sector Structural Improvement (CSI) supports Technical and Business projects and processes. IE-CSI aims at known product and process failures/variances, cross-platform and cross-part and solves these by identify common root causes, define and drive solutions and close the learning loop. Position in the organization: The holder of this position to the IE CSI Analytic Engineering Manager.

JOB MISSION
Support IE in creating and maintaining reports & reporting tools supporting IE business processes and CSI projects. Specific focus: creating a world-wide Material Quality Performance reporting.

JOB DESCRIPTION
- Creating Reports and software Tools based on Customer requirements.
- Challenge the delivered requirements to ensure Customer satisfaction.
- Support the roll-out of the reports and tools.

Education
- Higher Vocational level: Information Technology, Business Intelligence or comparable.

Experience
- 3-5 years of experience in a similar job.

PERSONAL SKILLS
- Pro-active, enterprising
- Service oriented team player
- Experienced with MS Office (Excel), SQL, VBA, JAVA
- Experience with SAP-BO is a must
- Discrete, independent and showing initiative
- Capable to enter into basics behind customer requirements
- Project-based approach
- Excellent communicative skills
- Good knowledge of both written and spoken Dutch and English
