Currently we are looking for a CRO Change - Senior Financial Risk Business Analyst to join our client's team in Zurich.

Overview of Business Area/Project:

The CRO Change Team is an organization that supports the long-term success by providing high quality consulting and project management services for strategic bank initiatives. Its mission statement is to help define and deliver the most important change programs within the bank and through this delivery to raise the overall level of change delivery capability within the bank.

The CRO Change Team provides consulting and project management services to all divisions within the bank, including a specific focus on regulatory requirements.

The Focus of this position will be on Group wide risk identification and assessment.

Help develop and maintain a firm-wide Risk Identification framework to identify Group material risks and vulnerabilities to be used as inputs into the scenario design process and Risk Appetite setting exercise.
Liaising with key stakeholders to collect requirements, gather data and Reports for defining process, analyze the requirements and data for extraction of risks and materiality of such risks.
Material Risk Identification & Quantification: Enhancement of client's material risk identification.
The financial risk business analyst will also be required to analyze reports across Risk functions and extract key data from those reports for the purposes of Risk identification and assessment.
The financial risk business analyst will also be able to interpret and understand and assess impact significance from risk data for the purposes of Risk Assessment.
Quantitative and Qualitative Documentation on individual Risks, there impact, drivers, emerging or declining nature.
Take responsibility for the documentation of the Processes and Procedures of the Risk Identification project to a very high standard suitable for regulatory submission.
Assist project management in ensuring that the assigned projects are measurable against quality standards, targets and budgets and challenging actions, results and activities where necessary
Complete functional specifications and other analysis documentation for risk identification and assessment project.
Establishing credibility with all levels of the Management

Required Skills/Experience:

Essential:
Financial Risk knowledge (understating of credit, market and operational risk)
Experience of risk identification and assessment projects
Business Analyst experience in large Financial Services Projects, preferably in the area of Risk
Excellent skills in producing clear concise documentation
Exceptional communication and presentation skills (written and verbal)
Ability to work in high pressure environments under rigorous deadlines with limited supervision
Team player, the role requires problem solving skills and the ability to move with the team as the project moves forward at a rapid pace
Fluent English language knowledge
Solid knowledge of MS Office

Professional Risk Qualification FRM/CFA/PMRIA
Professional Project Management Designation (PMP, Prince)
University Degree in a related field
CCAR
