Currently we are looking for a CRO Change - Operational Risk Business Analyst to join our client's team in Zurich.

Overview of Business Area/Project:

Its mission statement is to help define and deliver the most important change programs within the bank and through this delivery to raise the overall level of change delivery capability within the bank.
The CRO Change Team provides consulting and project management services to all divisions within the bank, including a specific focus on regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
This role has a particular focus on operational risk identification and assessment, as part of the overall Risk identification process, Credit Suisse has a mature operational risk process that will be utilized for the Risk Identification program.
Liaising with key stakeholders to collect requirements, gather data and Reports for defining process, analyze the requirements and data for extraction of risks and materiality of such risks.
The financial risk business analyst will also be able to interpret and understand and assess impact significance from risk data for the purposes of Risk Assessment.
Qualitative Documentation on individual Risks, there impact, drivers, emerging or declining nature.
Take responsibility for the documentation of the Processes and Procedures of the Risk Identification project to a very high standard suitable for regulatory submission.
Complete functional specifications and other analysis documentation for risk identification and assessment project.

Required Skills/Experience:

Essential:
3-4 years of Operational Risk experience
Experience in operational risk identification and materiality assessment
Business Analyst experience in large Financial Services Projects
Excellent skills in producing clear concise documentation
Exceptional communication and presentation skills (written and verbal)
Fluent English language knowledge
Solid knowledge of MS Office

Desired:
Professional Risk Qualification FRM/PMRIA
University Degree in related field
