CRM Trainer

Our client a leading bank in London is looking for a CRM Trainer for an initial 3 month contract.

As part of the banks Change programme, enhancements to MS Dynamics CRM will be rolled out to staff over a period of several months. These enhancements and the associated new business processes will be launched within the context of a wider transformative business change programme. We require a CRM Trainer to join the team to assist with workstream planning and reporting, training delivery and creation of training materials. We are looking for an enthusiastic and highly motivated self-starter

DELIVERABLES:

- Manage the analysis, design, build, delivery, validation and evaluation of training and learning
- Deliver webinar and hands on training sessions to Front Office and support staff on MS Dynamics CRM
- To write and update training manuals and handouts
- Produce E-learning material using available tools
- To assist with design and organise and deliver learning interventions to meet the needs of staff
- To evaluate the quality and effectiveness of training, assessment and outcomes of courses delivered
- To provide one-to-one training support as and when required
- Co-ordinate the administration of learning interventions, including diary management and database management
- Floor walking and mop up training, post implementation where appropriate
- Delivery of training to end users in regional offices

EXPERIENCE:

- MS Dynamics CRM (2011) - essential
- Commercial Banking - Highly Preferred
- Delivered training via Webinars/remote learning
- MS Office 2003 and 2010 (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
- Captivate - Highly Preferred
