IHRE AUFGABEN:
-Subject matter expert for all CRM Territory Alignment modules
-Act as Project Manager for TA deployments across EUCan
-Support all of the client's 25 EUCan countries and clusters in performing their realignments using technology called OpServ (Cognizant Proprietary technology)
-Manage the CRM Territory Alignment tools and participate in architecture reviews
-Engage directly and regularly with the vendor to review open topics pertaining to the CRM Territory Alignment solution
-Perform business analysis with the Local Operating countries to capture their unmet requirements
IHRE QUALIFIKATIONEN:
-Proven pharmaceutical experience and involvement in a country's sales force alignments and realignments
-Experience defining dimensions that a Pharma realignment requires (territories, TAs, products etc.)
-Strong technical understanding of CRM systems and commercial IT architecture, including knowledge of systems and technologies typically used by the pharmaceutical industry in the commercial space
-Experience with Salesforce.com and/or Veeva platform strongly preferred
-Understanding of Sales & Marketing processes and data in the pharmaceutical industry
-Strong analytical skills and ability to translate commercial business needs into different scenarios for technical implementation
