Position Summary:

We are searching for a CRM Technical Consultant (.net developer).
In this role you will be part of a dynamic, motivated and driven team and works with clients across different industries to develop innovative business solutions using the Microsoft Dynamics platform, Microsoft. Net and the latest web technologies.

You will fulfil a key role in participating in large, mid-size and small Microsoft Dynamics CRM consulting and development projects.

Duties and responsibilities
As the customer's technical contact, you have a key role during the implementation life cycle:
• Working with the clients and the project team, to determine technical requirements and specifications by
participating actively in envisioning sessions to understand the customer's business objectives and needs
• Together with the co-consultants and technical architect, designing a solution based on MS Dynamics CRM and
RealDolmen features that best meets the requirements and processes
• Initiating the construction of the CRM Dynamics solution and documenting input for the development and
quality team members
• Leading the validation (testing) and deployment (setup and migration) of the solution
• Provide weekly status reports to project manager and maintain a positive client relationship

As a key team member you are responsible for the technical aspects and the l quality of the MS CRM Dynamics solution the project team is delivering:
• Make sure that the RealDolmen implementation methodology is respected for all technical deliverables during
all phases of the project execution
• Conduct consulting meetings with co-consultants to resolve (potential) cross-domain issues
• Follow-up of the accountability on your tasks

You report to the project manager for all project matters on subjects like progress, expectations and risk management, and to the domain manager for all organizational matters

Job Requirements
• 4-6 years of experience in designing and delivering technical projects, consulting experience preferred but not required
• 3+ years' experience developing systems using .NET, C#, ASP.NET
• Must be able to travel nationally providing on-site consulting work to clients and have the ability to work
remotely from your home or RealDolmen offices
• Must be able to manage multiple projects utilizing strong planning and organizational skills
• You are customer oriented and known for your good communication skills and customer satisfaction are
important for you
• Ability to work both as part of a team and autonomously
• Ability to code from technical specifications

• Ability to create clear and concise written documentation and status reports
• Ability to learn and adopt new and related applications or add-ons
• Ability to thrive in an environment of pressing deadlines and constantly changing conditions
• Ability to explore all options and analyse the strengths and weaknesses of each
• Outstanding verbal, written and presentation skills
• Good language skills (Native Dutch or French and English)

Technical skills:
• Javascript, JQuery, Knockout
• HTML, CSS
• .Net : C#, ASP.NET, MVC
• SQL Server (T-SQL, Performance Tuning, DTS)
• Design Patterns and Practice experience
• Performance Tuning knowledge
• Thorough understanding of multi-tiered applications.
• Application Development: Multi-Tier Applications with documentation.
• Development Methodologies: OOP, Unit Testing. Web Services (SOAP, WSDL, UDDI).
• Experience with Dynamics CRM customization/configuration a plus
• SharePoint customization/configuration a plus
• Experience with XML, XSLT, Ajax, Microsoft Application Blocks and semantic web technologies a plus
• Certifications a plus
