CRM Support/Salesforce Support

Our client, a large Pharmaceutical company based in Belgium, is looking for a CRM Support person to join them on a 12 month contract. This is a fantastic opportunity to work abroad for a leading company within its field, very good written/spoken English is required with French being an asset, not a must.

The role will encompass:

Siebel support work (approx. 10%)

Technical support of about 60 people in Central-Eastern Europe, Middle East and North Africa
Email and Phone based Siebel support
Very good English spoken and writing, French is an asset, not a must
Good knowledge of Siebel Remote and its technical challenges

Salesforce.com support work (approx 60%)

Technical support of about 350 users based in Western Europe.
Limited to no face to face interaction with end users. Point of contact will be the country power users and mostly the CRM platform owner based in Vosselaar, Belgium.
Limited number of technical issues to be managed, Most are covered by SFDC premium support
Regular data loads using APEX data loader
Basic configuration updates for the implementation of new requirements.
Knowledge of Visualforce is necessary to be able to assess and resolve technical issues.
Ability to create SFDC reports and dashboards.
Ability to build new interfaces and maintain existing ones using APEX and PL/SQL
Creatively think about how certain business issues can be resolved with minimal system change.

Veeva migration work (approx 30%)

Prepare the migration from Siebel or SFDC to Veeva together with the country power users
Assist with data mapping exercise (from -to)
Follow up on readiness of migration activities
