On behalf of our customer located in Paris, France, we are currently looking for a CRM Support consultant to join a multicultural team working on a large CRM implementation project based on salesforce.com.
You will be supporting users in the following functional areas:
Sales
Customer Care
Marketing (Lead qualification)
Field Services, Issue to Prevention
Partner Portal (salesforce .com part)
It is essential to be able to customize salesforce.com. A ADM 201 certification would be appreciated, but is not a must have. English speaking role only, although a knowledge of French would be a bonus. This is a renewable 3 months contract to start in April.
