CRM Support Analyst

My client is looking for a self managed individual who will be able to manage, support and Maintain a number of CRM's and Databases on contract. You will provide technical support to key stakeholders as well as other colleagues throughout the business.

The ideal candidate will have:

- Experience and understanding of a number of CRM systems such as Lotus Notes, Access etc.
- Proven experience providing technical and non-technical support.
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
- Experience identifying gaps in data and resolving these issues.
- Experience providing database administration

To be successful in the role you will be an outgoing person who loves dealing with people and helping them resolve any issues they have.
