German speaking CRM specialist required, supporting a bespoke CRM package built on an Oracle background.
Required to provide an in depth knowledge and the following
Brief Description of the Range of Tasks:
- Analysis and parameterization of new structures (roll-rights, contract documents and products) and support the user (front and Back Office)
- 3rd level support, including incident and Problem Management processes
- Support for the drafting of reports and evaluations
- Business analysis, design and implementation of new requirements in collaboration with Change and Release Management
- Participation in projects
Required Skills and Experience:
- Application Management
- Engineering/operations
- Computer/in with college degree or with commercial (bank) of specialized training including advanced training in computer science.
- Extensive experience with Oracle, SQL and PL/SQL
- Knowledge of Java (J2EE) is an advantage
- End-to-end view of the processes
- Bank-technical knowledge in the area of Client Partner Data Management, Account Opening, AML alerts and Clarification desired
- Analytical and conceptual thinking and good communication skills
- Reliable and resilient personality who likes to take responsibility
- German and English spoken and written Italian beneficial
